Auto Backup Changeover
With current gas system designs, foamy pours are the only indicator that the establishment is having gas supply issues. At that point, once backup gas is turned on, there is a good chance that it’s already too late. It could take hours for the dispense system to restore itself, and in many cases, the kegs could have been compromised by the gas supply issue. With the auto changeover feature on the EZ-2 & EZ-PRO, the system automatically switches to backup gas (before it’s too late) and switches back to gas generated by the EZ-2 or EZ-PRO, as soon as it’s able to supply adequate pressure. If backup gas is not detected, or pressure is too low, the system defaults back to gas generated by the EZ-2 or EZ-PRO. In either case, an alarm is initiated and must be silenced/reset by employees, so they are aware and able to take action, look for an obvious leak, order/attach more backup gas, and/or call for service. Avoid the case where a backup cylinder is switched on, forgotten about, and completely empty next time it’s needed. Save valuable gas by changing back over to gas created by the EZ-2 or EZ-PRO as soon as possible, automatically. Avoid disruptions and enjoy peace of mind.

Serviceability & reliability are taken very seriously in the design phase since we service the very systems we design and manufacture. Because we are experts on draft systems - in addition to our nitrogen generators - when a technician is dispatched, and they discover a different issue with the draft or gas system (not involving the generator), there is a good chance that our tech will be able to resolve the issue. Most importantly, we are responsive. Because we are the manufacturer and service agent, we can typically deliver parts and arrange service more quickly than the competition.

The Nitrogenator EZ-2 & EZ-PRO has been tested by Edison Testing Laboratories and has been certified to comply with UL standards. Intertek is recognized by OSHA as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory in the U.S. OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) is a branch of the U.S. Department of Labor and are primarily responsible for workplace safety.
Compact Enclosure
Smaller in every direction than the outgoing model, the EZ-2 & EZ-PRO enclosure manages to house the air compressor inside of the cabinet. The compact footprint allows for undercounter installations with the optional leg or caster sets installed. The EZ-2 & EZ-PRO come standard with a French Cleat, streamlining wall mount installations and permitting single person installations.
Less Sound & Vibration
Because the air compressor is located inside of the enclosure, the sound output has decreased significantly compared to the outgoing model. Vibration output has also been reduced thanks to dual vibration isolation mounts on both the compressor and backside of the enclosure. The vibration isolators on the back are especially advantageous for wall mount applications. The EZ-2 & EZ-PRO are so quiet, it’s easy to forget that it’s creating all of the nitrogen you will ever need!
Digital Display
An all-new digital display grants users and service technicians access to valuable information such as compressor and N2 backup status, storage tank pressure, internal temperature, operation hours and more. Users can also read, silence, reset, and take action on alarms using directions displayed on screen.
